Orders for home decor are typically delivered within 5–15 business days and custom furniture will typically be between 12-16 weeks depending on your location.

Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 12–24 hours after placing your order. After that period orders are non-cancelable and sold as is.
What is your return policy?
Since the manufacturers we work with are from around the world and many of their products are custom made, we cannot accept returns.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you with a replacement or repair at your location.
