We are only required to collect tax for clients in New York state.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that delivery fees shown in checkout is only for U.S. customers. We will notify you about fees to your country before shipping the product. Availability may vary depending on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Orders for home decor are typically delivered within 5–15 business days and custom furniture will typically be between 12-14 weeks depending on your location. Some furniture manufactuers will ship in less time including Per Use which is closer to 4-5 weeks.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as installment payments, all secure online payment methods.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 12–24 hours after placing your order. After that period orders are non-cancelable and sold as is.
What is your return policy?
Since the manufacturers we work with are from around the world and many of their products are custom made, we cannot accept returns.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you with a replacement or repair at your location.
