We are only required to collect tax for clients in New York state.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that delivery fees shown in checkout is only for U.S. customers. We will notify you about fees to your country before shipping the product. Availability may vary depending on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Orders for home decor are typically delivered within 5–15 business days and custom furniture will typically be between 12-14 weeks depending on your location. Some furniture manufactuers will ship in less time including Per Use which is closer to 4-5 weeks.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as installment payments, all secure online payment methods.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 12–24 hours after placing your order. After that period orders are non-cancelable and sold as is.
What is your return policy?
Since the manufacturers we work with are from around the world and many of their products are custom made, we cannot accept returns.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you with a replacement or repair at your location.
What Do I Need To Know Regarding Furniture Orders / White Glove Service?
It is the client's responsibility to make sure the product will fit in the elevator, if applicable, and will fit through the opening in the room. We provide White Glove service and place the furniture fully assembled, if required, in the room of your choosing. The service includes removal of all packing material.
Certain products including bookcases and wall units may need special installation services which are available for an additional fee.
Free delivery on orders for home décor products. White Glove service is only available for an additional fee.
Free delivery & White Glove service is only available to our clients in the continental United States for purchases of furniture only and might not be accessible in all locations.

Will My Product Exactly Match The Images Displayed?
The images are high resolution and should be accurate or as close as possible. Images may vary for number of reasons including setting on your computer or device. Sometimes factories provide dimensions that may be off very slightly due to their need for rounding off.
