In Pil too, softness is evident even before sitting down. Inspired by the object that is the symbol of softness — the cushion — which is usually considered an accessory, here the cushion becomes the protagonist, shaped and adapted to give form to a stool that conveys comfort. The main elements of Pil too are the cushion-backrest and the cushion-seat. The latter features a fold in the centre, created to produce an enveloping effect that physically and visually emphasises the feeling of softness. The base consists of metal legs with a particular arrangement of the rungs, creating an original graphic interlacing. In addition to the stool, five further chairs complete the collection: Pil (chair), Pil up (high-back chair), Miss Pil (chair with armrests), Miss Pil up (chair with armrests and high back), and Pil armchair.
