I Just Placed An Order; When Will It Ship?

Home Decor/Accessories: Please allow 3 – 7 business days for processing and production time for your order to ship out. This is only an estimate.

Furniture: Most orders for furniture take 10-16 weeks to ship which includes production time. Delivery time may vary based on your location. This is only an estimate.

Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the shipping company's responsibility.

Someone 18 or older must be home to sign for the delivery. If you need for us to hold the delivery you will be charged the prevailing storage fees. Before signing acceptance of delivery of the product(s), you are responsible for carefully inspecting the product for any damages and to report any damages within 48 hours of receipt.

Furniture only orders.

It is the client's responsibility to make sure the product will fit in the elevator, if applicable, and will fit through the opening in the room. We provide White Glove service and place the furniture fully assembled, if required, in the room of your choosing.  The service includes removal of all packing material.

CERTAIN PRODUCTS INCLUDING BOOKCASES AND WALL UNITS MAY NEED SPECIAL INSTALLATION SERVICES WHICH ARE AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL REASONABLE FEE. 

FREE DELIVERY & WHITE GLOVE SERVICE IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO OUR CLIENTS IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES FOR PURCHASES OF FURNITURE ONLY AND MIGHT NOT BE ACCESSIBLE IN ALL LOCATIONS.

Will I Receive a Tracking Number?

We provide tracking for every order where available. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source quality yet affordable products.
